MISSION STATEMENT - At 2 Points Connect, we're on a mission to eliminate the stress of international shopping for the Caribbean community. We're dedicated to ending the frustrations of overpaying, receiving wrong items, feeling taken advantage of, lacking trustworthy partners (connects), and enduring endless waits. We work to provide seamless, reliable, and personalized logistics solutions.

OUR ORIGIN STORY - In 2016, a family member in Grand Turk needed help buying a used drum set from the US. Grafton connected with the seller, negotiated the deal, and Jason handled logistics – pickup, packing, and shipping. This small act of kindness sparked something bigger. Our family member got their drum set, saved time and money, and found trustworthy "connects" in the process. What started as a favor to family has grown into 2 Points Connect – helping people in the Caribbean access essential goods, new and used, without the hassle. We're about building trust, saving you time, and connecting islands.

GOALS - Our main goal is the simply provide a direct link between the people of the caribbean & the Retailers, Dealers, Resellers, Flippers, Second-hand Dealers, Online Sellers, Mom & Pops, Vendors & Whole-Sellers of New & Used Goods in America. You will need to pay for the used item(s) we find for you yourself in addition to paying our service fee.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

Doing Business With 2 Points Connect STEPS

1st Step - To initiate a 2Points Connect Connection, aspiring connectees must submit a Connect Request using our Connection Form on 2PointsConnect.com. We'll review your request and follow up with you via email.

2nd Step - We'll send over the 2Points Connect contract terms via email. While there (email) we'll communicate back and forth to determine our contract terms.

3rd Step - Sign and date Connect Contract to confirm agreement, Solidifying - Parties involved - Service(s) to be rendered - Agreed-upon connection fee etc.

4th Step - Submit Payment. Payments should cover the cost of the following... Service fee(s), cost for goods, special packing (if necessary), & cost for shipping (if necessary).

5th Step - Communicate Using WHATS APP - We then move the conversation to WhatsApp. There, we'll be able to communicate with you our new Connectee in real time via Text, Voice or Video Chat.
