From everyday essentials and online purchases to hard-to-find items and local pickups, every Connect is customized to your needs.
In 2016, a family member in Grand Turk needed help purchasing a used drum set from the United States. Grafton, our Co-Founder, connected with the seller and negotiated the deal, while Jason handled the logistics—including pickup, packing, and getting the drum set to the appropriate shipping provider. What began as a simple family favor quickly became something much bigger. The drum set was successfully delivered, saving our family member time and money while showing us the value of having a trusted Connect in the U.S., right here in South Florida.
That experience became the foundation for 2 Points Connect —a service dedicated to helping Caribbean customers and U.S. residents access goods, both new and used, from sellers, retailers, businesses, and marketplaces throughout South Florida. What started as a family favor has grown into a personalized service that helps make finding, shopping for, picking up, packaging, and transporting goods easier.
MISSION STATEMENT At 2 Points Connect, we’re on a mission to take the stress out of shopping, sourcing, and logistics for Caribbean and U.S. customers. We help make it easier to find, purchase, pick up, package, and transport the goods you need. We deliver seamless, dependable, and personalized Connect solutions that make shopping from South Florida easy, transparent, and worry-free.
GOALS Our primary goal is to provide a direct connection between Caribbean customers, U.S. residents, and the vast network of retailers, dealers, resellers, second-hand merchants, online sellers, small businesses, vendors, and wholesalers throughout South Florida and across the United States. By bridging this gap, we help our clients gain access to products, opportunities, and resources that may otherwise be difficult to find or acquire. From transporting passengers and delivering meals to handling groceries, parcels, and time-sensitive shipments, we developed the skills and local knowledge needed to provide dependable service throughout South Florida.
