2 Points Connect IS NOT ... We do not provide air freight, ocean freight, international shipping, or customs brokerage services. Our role is to assist with shopping, pickups, transportation, and delivery services within South Florida. We can pick up your items from stores, warehouses, homes, businesses, or online marketplace sellers and deliver them to the shipping company or freight forwarder of your choice. Once your items are delivered to your selected shipping provider, that company is responsible for the international shipment, customs clearance, and delivery to the final destination. Think of us as your trusted local partner in South Florida—we handle the shopping, sourcing, pickups, and transportation so your goods can reach the shipping company of your choice.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

Doing Business With 2 Points Connect STEPS

1st Step - To initiate a 2 Points Connect connection, aspiring connectees must submit a Connect Request through our Connection Form at 2PointsConnect.com. Once your request is received, our team will review the details and follow up with you via email to continue the process.

2nd Step - The 2 Points Connect contract terms will be provided via email. All further communication regarding the agreement will take place through email as we work collaboratively to review, discuss, and finalize the contract terms.

3rd Step - By signing and dating the Connect Contract, all parties confirm their agreement and formally establish the terms of engagement. The contract will specify the parties involved, the services to be provided, the agreed-upon connection fee, and any additional terms governing the service relationship.

4th Step - **Submit Payment** Payments should cover the following applicable costs: service fees, cost of goods, special packing (if required), and shipping expenses (if applicable).

5th Step - Communicate Using WHATS APP - **Stay Connected on WhatsApp** After your request is confirmed, we transition communication to WhatsApp so we can assist you in real time. As our new connectee, you’ll be able to reach us instantly through text, voice, or video chat for smooth and efficient coordination of your service.

CONTRACTS ARE MANDATORY
2 Points Connect reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, business, organization, or group that does not comply with our Connect Steps. Under no circumstances will 2 Points Connect proceed with any connection services beyond the initial consultation without a signed service agreement in place with the connectee.

Can I Use Zelle or Cashapp to pay for Connect Services?

No, Zelle & Cash App can't be used, both services are restricted to US-based accounts. Zelle requires both parties to have US bank accounts, and Cash App only supports transactions within the US and UK.
